Job Description
The Walters Art Museum is offering a two-year Andrew W. Mellon Advanced Training Fellowship in Objects Conservation. The fellow will work in the Department of Conservation, Collections and Technical Research and gain experience in treatment, research, and public outreach. The fellowship provides in-depth training and research opportunities to a candidate at the post-graduate level specializing in objects conservation.
Requirements
- Graduate of a recognized conservation training program specializing in objects conservation or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated interest in technical research
- Available to work Monday – Friday during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexibility for occasional weekend shifts
