Warner Music Group is seeking a Director, Marketing Enablement to drive the implementation of WMG's marketing enablement strategy across labels in the US, ensuring that marketing teams have the tools, platforms, and partner services required to deliver campaigns effectively, efficiently, and at scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing enablement, technology, or operations with multi-market responsibility.
- Strong understanding of music labels and artist marketing operations and workflows.
- Proven expertise managing third-party vendor partners and integrating them with marketing technology platforms.
- Demonstrated success deploying and optimizing a composable marketing technology stack across multiple markets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide investment, adoption, and campaign performance.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives across multiple markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
- Experience in creative, music, or entertainment industries preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, data management tools, and analytics solutions.
