Job Description
Product Designers at Warner Music Group contribute to the strategic overhaul of internal facing digital product experiences to help artists, songwriters, and producers build long lasting music careers. They work on transforming business-to-business tools to elevate them to have consumer-grade interfaces and ensure that products are not only functional but also delightful to use.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Product Design, UX Design, or similar roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, delivery, and optimization of intuitive and impactful experiences for complex B2B products
- Proven track record of bringing a consumer sensibility to experiences and tackling complex flows and customer journeys
- Strong proficiency in Figma and knowledge of other major design and AI prototyping tools
- Laser focused on solving for user needs with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research and testing methodologies
Benefits
- Base salary of $72,000 - $90,000 CAD
- Performance-based annual bonus
