Payroll Specialist I-III

Processes payroll of multi-company, multi-state organization, performs payroll processing and recordkeeping activities, and makes payments and prepares government reports timely and accurately.

Requirements

• Two years of progressively responsible payroll and accounting experience
• Knowledge of payroll tax filings and processes
• FPC certification preferred
• Strong detail orientation, high level of organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple priorities
• Strong PC skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications
• Strong customer service skills
