
Job description
The Senior Manager, Client Services is an integral position on THE•TEAM’s Experiential Team, responsible for the successful delivery of agency projects from brief to execution. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in office, and requires a full-time employment commitment. The Senior Manager will lead the development and execution of medium to large scale projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality deliverables.
Lead project development and execution, multitask and prioritize workload, strategically plan workflows, communicate with project teams, manage client relationships, balance multiple project workstreams, and ensure projects meet financial targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of relevant agency experience, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They should be able to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
