The Crane Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of cranes and related container handling equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience with shore, friction, and hydraulic cranes (e.g., Liebherr, Link-Belt, American, Demag, Manitowoc)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks on time
- Proficient in English with basic math skills
- Physically able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Able to communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and customers
- Computer proficient with strong email communication skills
- TWIC Card or the ability to obtain one
- NCCCO Certification (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) preferred but not required
