As a Field Customer Support Specialist, you will support customers across a wide variety of lab-based scientific business sectors. The role is diverse and interesting, with no two days the same. Install, qualify, validate, calibrate, maintain, and repair Waters systems. Analyse and review system and scientific data to determine the source of problems and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective actions.
