
Job description
This position is responsible for financial support and business partnering for key markets in North America. The role works directly with General Managers and their teams to drive sales growth, support strategic initiatives, and develop financial plans. The position has full P&L responsibility for the GM's they support.
Provide analysis and insight to business strategies, develop forecasting tools, and drive commercial success. Develop quotas for sales teams, key metrics, and reporting. Drive analysis of key trends and support business partners with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) proposals.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in a commercial environment, preferably in the Life sciences industry. They should have excellent analytical and presentation skills, expert knowledge in Office 365, and strong communication skills.
