Wati is seeking an Account Executive to join the Sales team in LATAM, responsible for expanding customer database, managing inbound leads, and driving continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Speak with active inbound leads and follow up as required.
- Manage inbound leads of the region.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generated.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the sales and marketing department for continuous process optimization.
- Use and maintain Hubspot for data quality.
- Achieve defined KPI goals.
- Research potential clients to prospect.
- Do demos.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of our sales playbook by identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-driven optimizations to our outreach and closing strategies.
- Serve as a critical bridge between the market and the Product team, distilling prospect feedback into actionable insights to influence our long-term roadmap
- Participate in cross-functional actions with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
