We are looking for a Revenue Performance Operations Analyst to join our team at Wayflyer. As a key member of our RevOps team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving revenue forecasting and planning models, as well as working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Strong experience in revenue analytics, RevOps, commercial analytics, or technical operations in a high growth tech or SaaS environment
- Deep comfort working with SQL and Python, including pandas and numerical modelling, not just querying
- Experience building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Pipedream, n8n, or similar, or custom scripts where needed
- Strong understanding of modern GTM systems such as HubSpot and how data flows across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success
- Proven ability to take vague business questions and turn them into structured models, systems, and automations
- Comfortable owning work end to end, from problem framing to live deployment
- Product minded. You think about usability, maintainability, and scale, not just correctness
