Job Description
Waxys Bar & Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to maintain the sustained success of the restaurant in Brookline, MA. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operation, including food and beverage purchases, quality and cost control, kitchen production, employee productivity, and marketing.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a high volume Restaurant & Bar
- Related Bachelors and/or Masters degree preferable
- Must be able to balance professional and courteous attitude with creating a fun and rewarding atmosphere for our guests and staff
