5-7 years of experience in construction cost management, estimating, or project controls, with a strong background in MEP systems

5-10+ years' Health & Safety experience, NEBOSH Diploma, Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) preferred

3-5 years of experience in construction or operations, with a focus on commissioning and start-up of new equipment, and a strong understanding of electrical systems and commissioning procedures

Expert-level knowledge in all construction aspects, executive communication, decision-making, team development, and physical requirements

High school diploma, 6+ years commercial electrical experience, data center experience, and Master Electrician license required

4–5+ years of experience in construction management, APM-level project engineering, or similar field; PM or Senior PM experience also preferred

The role requires physical ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively in a dynamic environment

3-5 years of experience in data center construction or operations, electrical state license, and proficiency in using tablet devices

3-5 years of experience in data center construction or operations, with a focus on quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)

7+ years of experience in construction management, strong understanding of design, procurement, and field execution workflows, and proven success managing complex projects
