We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join a fast-growing, data-driven team based in Bengaluru. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are passionate about working with data to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation
- Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and handling complex datasets
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and at least one OLAP database (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, ClickHouse)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Metabase and building interactive dashboards
- Understanding of columnar data formats (Parquet, ORC) and data compression techniques
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from complex data
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to modern data stacks, ETL/ELT processes, or orchestration tools is a plus
