We are seeking a QA Manager for a rapidly growing Bangalore-based startup that is developing a developer-first, open-source API platform.
Requirements
- Possess 8–12 years of experience in software quality engineering
- 3 years in a QA leadership or management capacity
- Extensive expertise in test automation
- Proficient programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or comparable languages
- Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with API testing tools and frameworks
- Demonstrated capability to establish quality processes from the ground up
- In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A product-oriented mindset
