We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance systems that power modern applications.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in Java
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and system design principles
- Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture is a plus
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
