This role is for a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth by combining strong sales capabilities with deep technical understanding, selling complex technical solutions to OEMs and identifying business opportunities in the automotive and manufacturing ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in technical sales
- Strong understanding of electrical, electronics, or mechanical systems
- Experience interacting with OEMs and industrial clients
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and effective way
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry practices
- Experience with ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
