Technical Product Manager

Lead product discovery, strategy, and development for enterprise planning and workflow management platforms. Translate business processes, user requirements, and operational workflows into detailed product specifications and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• 2–4 years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development
• 1–3 years of Product Management experience within SaaS, enterprise software, analytics, supply chain, planning, or B2B technology environments
• Strong understanding of System Design, API Design, and enterprise software architecture
• Proven ability to write detailed PRDs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience working with complex workflows, configurable business rules, and large-scale data models
• Strong product thinking with the ability to balance business objectives, user experience, and technical constraints
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, UI mockups, workflow diagrams, and product prototypes
• Knowledge of platform design principles, modular architecture, technical debt management, and scalability considerations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts and workflows to diverse audiences
