CNA - Weiser Care of Cascadia

The Weiser Care of Cascadia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide basic nursing assistance and support residents with daily living activities. This on-site position requires adherence to state background check requirements and demonstrates compassion, patience, and effective communication skills. All employees are required to submit to a background check.

Requirements

• Answers nurse call system to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with eating.
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to/from wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed.
• Assists resident with ambulation.
• Documents ADLs, resident personal cares, and device use.
• Attends interdisciplinary meetings.
• Records restorative services.
