RN license and CPR certification are required. Graduation from an accredited Nursing School preferred. 6 months experience in a long-term care is a plus
LPN
An LPN graduate with current LPN license is required. CPR certification and six months experience in long-term care are also necessary
Occupational Therapist
Bachelor's or Master's in OT. Valid state license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Cook
High school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of experience in food preparation, and ServSafe Food Safety Certification
Housekeeper/Laundry Aide
High school diploma or equivalent, 6 months experience in long-term care environment preferred
