Job Description
Weiser Care of Cascadia is seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients. This role involves assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and improving their independence and quality of life. The position may also require assistance with a Patient Care Coordinator or an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Requirements
- Conduct assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily living activities
- Develop and implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' motor skills
- Provide guidance and education to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
