Job Description
WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. Our Home Care Assistants provide aid to our participants in their homes and contribute to the care planning process as a member of our interdisciplinary team (IDT).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/First Aid Certification required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date
