Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of social work
• Certified (licensed) or the ability to be certified as a Clinical Social Worker by the State Certification Board for Social Work
• One year of experience as a Clinical Social Worker in a healthcare setting
• Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff
• Ability to develop positive interactions with patients, families, physicians, and staff
