Production Associate - 2nd Shift (2PM - 10PM)

The Production Associate - 2nd Shift is responsible for running various machines, helping to maintain production, and ensuring quality products. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing experience is a plus. The role involves working effectively in a team, having excellent attention to detail, and being able to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Requirements

• Run various machines
• Help and assist with coil changeovers
• Remove and pack finished products off the line
• Rework and repack parts as needed
• Inspect parts visually or with a gauge
• May carry out simple setup operations or troubleshooting
• Keep accurate counts of parts processed
• May be required to float into other production departments as needed
• Responsible for total quality of products and services and authorized to stop work when a nonconformance is noted
• Perform assigned quality system functions as specified in QMS procedures
• Perform other responsibilities as determined by the supervisor
