Job Description
The children's home "Am Wald" in St. Gangloff is a small, family-like facility with a therapeutic focus, offering care for children aged 6-16 years. They are seeking educators, social educators, special educators, or therapeutic education specialists to join their dedicated team and provide a challenging activity according to a pedagogical concept.
Requirements
- Completion of training as an educator, social educator, special educator, or therapeutic education specialist, or a professional with corresponding training and qualifications
- Empathy, responsibility, and an open, approachable personality
- Communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of empathy, commitment, and resilience
- A resource-oriented and appreciative attitude towards those being cared for
- Preparedness for shift and weekend work
- Knowledge of residential youth services is desirable but not a requirement
- Driver's license class B (old: FS 3)
