As a hands-on technician, you'll support the day-to-day upkeep of the community, troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, and model care, precision, and pride in every task.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus
- Working knowledge of light carpentry, drywall repair and texture, and painting
- Comfort with troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and mechanical issues (certification a plus)
- Customer service focus with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
- Computer literacy helpful, but not requiredâwillingness to learn is key
- Driver's license and vehicle required based on community needs
