Maintenance Technician

Join Wendover as a Maintenance Technician to play a vital role in creating and maintaining the high-quality living experience our residents count on. As a hands-on technician, you'll support the day-to-day upkeep of the community, troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, and model care, precision, and pride in every task.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus
• Working knowledge of light carpentry, drywall repair and texture, and painting
• Comfort with troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and mechanical issues (certification a plus)
• Customer service focus with a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
• Computer literacy helpful, but not required—willingness to learn is key
• Driver's license and vehicle required based on community needs
