Proven experience in paper converting, strong leadership skills, knowledge of converting machinery, and problem-solving abilities

First experience on automated machines, initial training in electrical maintenance, and observation and analysis skills

Completed technical training, experience in maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment, teamwork, flexibility, motivation

Enthusiasm for technical processes, creativity, and teamwork are required
