Support Worker plus

We are looking for a Support Worker Plus to join our team at our Odendael location in Sint Oedenrode. As a Support Worker Plus, you will provide care and guidance to our clients, creating a cozy home-like atmosphere and making every day as pleasant as possible. You will be part of a team and work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Diploma in Support and Well-being
• Helpende Plus certificate (or willingness to earn it within BrabantZorg)
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Ability to recognize clinical abnormalities in clients
• Flexibility in switching between different tasks
• Availability for irregular shifts with fixed handover moments
