Job Description
We are a young and cheerful team looking for a Caregiver IG to join our team at the 'The Apple Harvest' department in Boekel. As a caregiver IG, you will care for and support residents in a home-like setting, stimulating their self-reliance and observing, signaling, and discussing their well-being.
Requirements
- Diploma as a caregiver or caregiver IG MBO level 3
- Doer and clear communicator
- Positive critical and continuously improve care
- Work well together in a self-organizing team
- Stress-resistant and flexible in switching between tasks
