Job Description
As a Manager - Supplier Relations, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with key/strategic suppliers to deliver value for both the company and the supplier. You will develop relationship management plans, monitor performance and compliance with the company’s standards, drive continuous improvement, and report on and resolve performance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree
- 3 years of contract negotiations experience
- 5 years of supplier management experience
- 5 years of staff management experience
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Establish and maintain effective working team relationships
- Maintain professional relationships, build trust, and demonstrate high level integrity
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office software
