Job Description
West is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the operational planning and execution of our new manufacturing facility in Greenfield, IN. The successful candidate will have experience leading highly regulated, GMP manufacturing operations and a strong background in project management, engineering, science, or business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leading highly regulated, GMP manufacturing operations
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, or Business
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience working with ISO9000, FDA, and cGMP
- Lean manufacturing principles
- SAP and MS Office applications
- Manufacturing, business, warehousing, and distribution systems
- OSHA/EPA/safety regulations
