Bilingual Leasing Consultant

We are looking for a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team at our 142-unit apartment community in Plano. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing and customer service, as well as bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
