At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance, Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification, ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

At least 6 months of maintenance experience, physically fit, and able to work independently and with a team
Assistant Maintenance
At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance, Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification, and ability to work independently and with a team
Part-Time Leasing Agent
At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience, good leasing and closing skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Apartment Make-Ready
At least 6 months of apartment maintenance experience. Ability to work independently and with a team. Must meet physical requirements
Leasing Agent
At least 6 months of leasing experience, good leasing and closing skills, excellent communication skills
Groundskeeper (Porter)
Must meet physical requirements, follow instructions, and work independently or as a team member
Bilingual Leasing Consultant
1 year of leasing experience, bilingual in English/Spanish, good leasing and closing skills, and excellent communication skills
Service Technician II (Assistant Maintenance)
At least 1 year of experience, Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification, and ability to follow instructions
Bilingual Service Technician I
1 year of maintenance experience, bilingual, valid Texas driver's license
