Service Technician II (Assistant Maintenance)

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our luxurious villa-style apartment community in North Columbus, GA. As Service Technician II, you will complete all aspects of apartment maintenance and keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
