Westdale is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our corporate team at our Dallas headquarters. This role will support a portfolio of properties and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, performance, and organizational culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience in a 300+ employee environment
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies to organizational goals
