Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at our 360-unit modern mid-rise apartment community in Denton. As Leasing Consultant, you will make that important first connection with potential residents and help them find their perfect apartment home.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience
• Good leasing and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
• Must be able to work weekends
