Requirements
- Building relationships with local businesses and uncovering their marketing goals
- Creating custom campaigns that combine on-air, digital, and event-based solutions
- Pitching ideas that deliver results — and following through to keep clients coming back
- Collaborating with a creative team to bring ads and promotions to life
- Representing the station at events and in the community (you’ll be the face of the brand!)
- Confidence, curiosity, and communication skills that can open doors
- A love for helping businesses grow — and the drive to exceed sales goals
- Social and digital know-how (you don’t need to be an influencer, but it helps if you know how people engage online)
- Professionalism, organization, and a positive attitude
- Previous sales or marketing experience is a big plus, but we’ll train the right person with hustle
- Bonus points for experience in media, marketing, or community outreach
