Job Description
We're looking for a Community Manager to join our team at Western National Group. As a Community Manager, you'll be the face of the community, responsible for daily operations and financial performance. You'll have a competitive salary, bonus programs, and great benefits.
Requirements
- 2+ years supervisory background leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team
- Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting
- Knowledge of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws
- Computer skills, with familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi Voyager experience (a plus)
- Valid California Driver's License and car insurance
