Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager, you will oversee daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation objectives. You will work with a team to create an environment that exemplifies California living at its best.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in the multifamily industry
• At least 1+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation
• Microsoft office and Outlook skills
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus
