Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs in a residential apartment community. Requirements
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to communicate and interact well with team members and residents
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
