Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician or Facilities Tech, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs in a multimillion-dollar apartment community. You will work with a team to fix things, learn new skills, and take pride in your work product.
Requirements
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to communicate and interact well with team members and residents
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
