Westerner Days is seeking an Event Supervisor to assist in the coordination of internal activations, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the overall quality of Westerner Days and supporting the successful delivery of events at Westerner Park.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary education in Event Planning, Business Management, or a related field considered an asset
• Previous event or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
