Job Description
The Inclusion Camp Counselor serves as a seasonal employee of the Westfield Area Y summer camp team, supporting campers with special needs and working within traditional camp settings.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Min. 1 year exp. working with people with disabilities, OR a Bachelor/Master's degree in Special Education
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have knowledge of typical behavior for age group working with in camp program
- BLS and First Aid certifications required prior to start of camp
