Job Description
The Business Operations Analyst will analyze and assist with current inflight initiatives, identify and implement improvements to business processes and technology platforms, and perform a combination of duties including current state operational assessments, project life-cycle planning and execution.
Requirements
- Conduct a thorough current state assessment and document processes
- Create process documentation and guidelines
- Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments and provide technical assistance and mentorship
- Assist with process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes
- Provide training and support to team members
- Drive and collaborate in the development of projects scope, plans and business cases
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes
- Assist in implementing relevant processes and technologies
