Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst will analyze and assist with current inflight initiatives, identify and implement improvements to business processes and technology platforms, and perform a combination of duties including current state operational assessments, project life-cycle planning and execution.

Requirements

• Conduct a thorough current state assessment and document processes
• Create process documentation and guidelines
• Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments and provide technical assistance and mentorship
• Assist with process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes
• Provide training and support to team members
• Drive and collaborate in the development of projects scope, plans and business cases
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes
• Assist in implementing relevant processes and technologies
