Job Description
This role is for a Senior Claims Specialist responsible for handling and overseeing commercial and financial lines of business, including public and private D&O, E&O, EPL, and Fiduciary claims. The position involves managing claims processes, providing customer service, resolving coverage issues, and collaborating with external parties. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years’ experience at a specialty insurance carrier and/or law firm.
- Significant public/private D&O, E&O or EPL experience.
- Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school required.
- Candidates will be required to obtain and maintain insurance adjuster licenses.
