Job Description
Westfield Specialty is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to directly handle and manage commercial and financial lines of insurance claims. This role involves investigation, resolution, policy review, and communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and a high level of customer service. The position requires collaboration with underwriters, actuaries, and reinsurers.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years’ experience at either a specialty insurance carrier and/or law firm
- Significant public/private D&O, E&O or EPL experience
- Experience with program claims and working with MGU and MGA platforms
- Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
