Director, AI Delivery

Westinghouse is seeking a Director, AI Delivery to lead a team of engineers and researchers in designing and implementing AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, software development, and leadership, with 10+ years of experience in product development and 5+ years of team leadership experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Electrical/Systems Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in software/AI product development
• 5+ years leading teams (AI/ML, software, UX, and QA)
• Hands-on familiarity with AI agents/orchestration frameworks, LLMs, traditional ML, reinforcement learning
• Modern application stacks (microservices, REST/GraphQL), and front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
• CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability/telemetry (logs, metrics, traces)
• Experience running simulation or test labs, or large-scale staging environments
• Demonstrated track record in security-conscious environments (policy, identity and access, data protection)
