As a Resident Site Manager II, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client needs.
Requirements
- Provide Scope of work estimates, budgets, develop project plans, and schedules
- Oversee all phases of projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines
- Collaborate with Engineers, contractors, utility personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and proper execution
- Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate or eliminate them and address any issues that arise during the project life cycle
- Ensure that all systems and components meet the proper standards and safety regulations
- Conduct inspections of the work locations to monitor safety, progress and quality
- Maintain regular communication with customers and WEC Leadership, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in scope
