The CIH Senior Project Manager leads complex Industrial Hygiene consulting projects with evolving scopes and multiple stakeholders, combining advanced IH technical expertise with senior-level project leadership.

Requirements

• Builds and executes stakeholder engagement plans
• Leads multidisciplinary teams, sets project vision, fosters collaboration, and resolves conflict
• Manages complex IH projects involving multiple subcontractors, changing conditions, and competing priorities
• Achieves financial performance targets including NIBT, margins, and DSO
• Ensures project quality and health & safety performance with zero accidents
• Supports business development, including proposals, cost estimating, and identifying value-creation opportunities
• Procures follow-on work and strengthens client relationships
• Mentors and develops junior and mid-level staff
