Requirements

• Experience in assurance, risk, or internal audit, ideally within financial services
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, such as retail lending, customer operations, or product lifecycle management
• Experience testing manual, automated, and technology-enabled controls, including data and interface controls
• Exposure to product governance and risk frameworks, including customer outcomes and regulatory expectations
• Strong root cause analysis capability, able to identify systemic issues beyond surface-level findings
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence to challenge constructively
