Requirements
- Strong experience in agribusiness or commercial banking, with a solid understanding of regional industries
- Proven customer acquisition experience
- Confidence in credit assessment, cashflow analysis and deal structuring
- A customer first mindset with a track record in portfolio growth and business development
- A well-established network or the ability to build trusted referral partnerships
